Bunch of Cartoons (Rectangular shape for any size & configuration of  Cartoons but less than Ht. 90mm & Max Film width 350mm)

Purpose of the machine

To Agarbatti Cartoons Collate & Over Wrap Cartons with Heat Sealable BOPP Film 25 to 30 microns (Only for Bundle Over Wrapping operation).

Description of operation

• The Cartoon will be loaded manually or can be connected to Cartooning machine ie. On-Line on the input conveyor (If the cartooning will be Horizontal type).
• This cartoons coming at the end position of the conveyor. This cartoons push forward at collating station by mechanical operation as per require configuration (Pack size of 3 x 4 for Small Length as well as Big size length of the Cartoons). 
• This collation cartoons will move forward up to the Main Pusher with the help of Pneumatic pusher.
• This main pusher; pushed the Bundle to the wrapping station.
• The film will be drawn and cut to the required exact size with the help of Servo PLC system.
• The Bundle of cartoons will pick up the film when pushed up to the wrapping station.
• The flaps will be folded and sealed (first seal which is need for Bundling) by side Folder and heaters respectively.
• Then this bundles moves forward (after pushing back side bundles) to fold with both ends fold by providing as require bundle heights & then goes ahead at sealing station.
• This both ends fold sealed with the help of End seal heating arrangement which is pneumatically operated as per requirements.
• Then this sealed finish bundle moves forward at exit side of the m/c.
• Repeated the cycle by automatically as provided PLC logic.
