JAR LOADING

The machine is fully automatic with capabilities of Rinsing Filling and capping . Machine is comprised of closed SS and Acrylic cabinet. The operation begins with you having to load the inverted jar which will move forward automatically for internal rinsing with our 4 Stage Rinsing Technology

5 Stage Rinsing

5 Stage Rinsing is our unique technology where a jar is passed through

1. Raw Water Rinsing (SS Pump Provide with machine) Drain

2. Chemical Water Rinsing ( SS tank and SS pump are provided with machine) water will be recycle

3. Idle Stage

4. Hot Water Rinsing ( SS tank and SS pump are provided with machine ) water will be recycle

5. Final Water Rinsing ( SS pump are provided with the machine and water will go 2nd stage Raw Water Rinsing )

Filling Machine

The rinsing station will carry the jars down to the filling station automatically. The Filling system uses time & pressure system where the filling pressure is reduced from high to low to avoid spillage of water

Capping Machine

Upon filling , the jars are automatically forwarded to a chute loaded with caps. The caps are automatically picked up and sent to an electronic pneumatic capper
